Mindfulness Without Meditation
Mindfulness means becoming more conscious of what you’re
feeling, more intentional about your behavior, and more
attentive to your impact on others.
It is one of the most effective ways to build self-knowledge
and drive behaviour change to build lasting happiness.
Mindfulness Benefits
Studies show that mindfulness can reduce your cortisol level,
blood pressure, social anxiety and depression.
It can increase your immune response, resilience and focus and
improve your relationships — including with yourself. It will
also bolster your performance at work and provide inner
peace.
Two Types of Mindfulness
Two aspects of mindfulness are reflected in two different
Happiness University programs.
The Mindfulness without Meditation program focuses on
happiness mindfulness, building mindful awareness of what is
making us happy and unhappy, and provides a foundation for
behaviour change to build happiness.
The Zen Design Mindfulness program focuses on calming
mindfulness. It uses the Zen technique of repetitive actions to
still our mind and allow the healing respite of creative calm.

Without Meditation
Mindfulness training is often centred on meditation. While
mediation is a wonderful skill to develop, it can take years to
master.
This program requires no meditation and helps you develop
mindful awareness in six weeks.
You learn to recognize and understand what makes you happy
and unhappy, providing a foundation for effective behaviour
change.
Mindfulness without Meditation has helped thousands to
develop Happiness Intelligence and build healthier happier
lives.
Mindfulness Training & Coaching
The program has two components:

The three-week MWM educational program of three online
classes that teach the underlying science and techniques.
This is individually priced at $48.
o
The three-week MWM coaching program helps you build
and master mindfulness practice. Three online private
coaching sessions are scheduled at one week intervals.
This is individually priced at $198.
